What a Sales Support Engineer do

Your first task will be to learn about our products, in order to become a product expert that offers technical support to our customers, our sales team and our network of representatives around the world.

You will be a member of the sales team and cooperate with sales, marketing and the technical department. The goal is to make the sales process and our customer support more efficient. Practically, you help our own team and our customers with technical questions, problem solving and development.

You will be based in Jakobstad, but when necessary you will also participate in tests and commissioning at our customers’ premises abroad. The work comprises frequent communication with our international customers. The tasks also include preparation of quotes and registration of documentation and feedback from the market.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and engaging with customers, who is interested in technology and in getting to know and solving our customers’ challenges.

We would like you to have a Bachelor of Engineering degree mechanical and production engineering, industrial engineering, or similar). Knowledge of SolidWorks or other 3D drawing tools is an advantage, but not a must.

At Fluid-Bag, we mainly work in English and Swedish, other language skills are considered a plus, but is not necessary. And, as we mentioned above, the job includes some travelling.
