Fluid-Bag attended ILMA Engage 2023 in Tucson

The Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association (ILMA) held the conference ILMA Engage 2023, from April 20-22 at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona, US. The conference provided a valuable opportunity for industry professionals to network, attend educational sessions, and engage in collaborative committee meetings.

Sales Manager John Robinson of Fluid-Bag USA attended the conference and shares his thoughts on the event.

"It was good to get back with people in the industry and Tucson is a great venue to do it at. As always ILMA puts together a great program to do exactly as the program was billed as - Engage. It was extremely well attended with members from different business segments."

One of the highlights of the conference was Megan Johnson’s session on Zap the Gap! Transforming Multi-generational Teams, which Robinson found particularly interesting.

“ILMA always provides good and topical speakers, but I was particularly taken by Megan Johnson’s session. It really opened my mind to how the various generations are shaped by their social environment and how each looks at things like work, technology, wants, life balances and goals.”

Sustainable Bulk Packaging: A Solution for Corporate Environmental Consciousness

Robinson also mention that many conversations were held on the topic of sustainability.

"With the growing interest by corporation on the corporate governance on environmental consciousness and the rise in ESG regulations our product, sustainable bulk packaging, is garnering much interest as a way to contribute toward that end. Many good conversations were had over the possibilities to improve the way we handle and ship products to customers and markets."

Fluid-Bag's Attendance at Trade Shows and Conferences

Fluid-Bag has recently been actively attending industry events, such as the European Coatings Show, LogiMAT, and Joining in Car Body Engineering by Automotive Circle.

Additionally, we are looking forward to the NLGI Annual Meeting, taking place from June 4-7 in San Diego, US.
