Today, the company’s vision is to provide the market with the best IBC system for liquid products in terms of economy, environmental impact and logistics. Our mission is to sustainably preserve the quality of our customers' products.

For us it is important to encourage and support our personnel, and one way to do this is through involvement. We strive to keep all communication channels open in the company and we avoid rigid hierarchies. Involvement is also an important part in employee motivation. Fluid-Bag invests in well-being through encouraging employees to exercise in our Move It campaign (#moveitbyfluidbag) and take part in cultural events or motivational seminars.
